182 in a Snowbank

Jan. 19/15-The privately registered Cessna 182N, C-GWMN, was operating on a VFR flight from Rocky Mountain House (CYRM) to a private runway (1400 feet in length, compacted snow and ice over gravel) located 20 nm northwest of CYRM. During the landing rollout the pilot recognized that they were not going to be able to stop and deviated to the left (east) of the runway. The aircraft encountered deep snow and nosed over. There was substantial damage to the left wing, propeller and spinner. There were no injuries to the pilot or passenger.
