Col Maryse Carmichael, outgoing Snowbirds commanding officer; Government, Catherine Fletcher, Transport Canada Regional Director for Prairies and Northern Region; Business, Marcia Strang, Emergency Programs Coordinator for Vancouver Airport Authority, Education, Elizabeth Wieben, former Confederation College Director of Flight Operations; Pioneer, Felicity McKendry, flight instructor and flight test examiner; Rising Star, Natalie Panek, systems and operations engineer for MDA SpaceMissions in support of the International Space Station.
