CAE is jumping into the eVTOL business with a joint venture to develop a new aircraft. Jaunt Air Mobility has chosen the Montreal company to “lead the design and development of the Jaunt Aircraft Systems Integration Lab (JASIL) for the the company’s new all-electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, the Journey aircraft,” the companies said in a joint news release.
