Citation Overrun

Nov. 20/14-The privately operated Cessna 525 (CJ1), C-GLBT, was operating on an IFR flight plan from Edmonton, AB (CYEG) to Red Earth Creek, AB (CEH5). On landing, the aircraft overran Runway 31 by approximately 180 feet. There were no injuries to the pilot and three passengers. The aircraft was towed back onto the runway/ramp area and assessed for damage; none was identified and the aircraft departed for CYEG several hours later. There had been freezing precipitation in the area and urea had been applied to the runway surface.
