Message:I didn’t grow up wanting to be a pilot, but now I’m so glad I’ve had the opportunity. Flying has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life.
I didn’t know I’d be flying solo that day and I think it was better that way because I had no time to get nervous. It was only during the climb that it fully registered that there was no one in the seat next to me. Then after I landed, I couldn’t stop smiling. I will never forget the incredible rush of my first solo flight. Thank you Will, family, friends, and Chase for encouraging me throughout this journey.
