Double Engine Loss, Forced Landing [Updated]

April 24/13-The privately operated Grumman GA-7, C-GDBD, was on a VFR flight plan from The Pas/Grace Lake, MB (CJR3) to Springbank, AB (CYBW). After being airborne for approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes, the right engine (Avco Lycoming O-320-D1D) began to lose power. The pilot identified to ATC that he had an engine issue and requested priority into Springbank. Shortly after that the left engine began to lose power and the pilot was unable to maintain altitude and conducted a forced landing approximately 9 nm north of CYBW. The pilot, who was the sole occupant, was uninjured. The aircraft sustained substantial damage.
