Truck on the Runway

March 13/03-The Thunder Airlines MU-2 (C-FRWK) was operating as flight THU850 from Timmins (CYTS) to Hearst (CYHF). As the aircraft was taxiing for departure on RWY 03, the flight crew was advised that a service vehicle was exiting the runway. The crew initiated a takeoff roll but noticed the vehicle was still on the runway and the takeoff was rejected. The vehicle exited the runway and the aircraft backtracked to position at the threshold of RWY03. The flight departed without further incident.
