May 4/13-The privately owned Fleet Canuck 80X, C-FEBP, landed and was backtracking on the runway at Welland, Ont (CNQ3) when a gust of wind lifted the tail and the nose pitched down allowing the propeller and lower engine cowling to contact the runway. The propeller and lower cowling were damaged from the runway contact. The pilot was not injured.
