Canadian Drone Company Nominated for Industry Awards


Draganfly, of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, has been nominated in eight different categories for awards by The Droning Company of the U.S., which serves as a clearing house for those looking for the services of a drone operator or pilot, and for those searching for a job or service contract in the sector. The categories Draganfly merited nominations include Best Delivery Drone, Best Lidar Camera and Best Search & Rescue Drone, among others. It was also nominated for a Humanitarian Award in recognition the work Draganfly has done to support Ukraine in its war with Russia.

Draganfly has developed propriety drone software and has designed and manufactured several drone models, including for use in law enforcement and military roles.

Draganfly, founded in 1998, refers to itself as a world-leading drone company. It has a record of winning industry recognition and awards, as well as scoring many industry firsts. It became a publicly traded company on the CSE in 2019 (ticker: DFLY) and on the Nasdaq (ticker: DPRO).
