C-GRTJ a Diamond DA20-C1 Eclipse owned by Sea Land Air Management Ltd was cleared for a touch and go landing on Runway 13 at Boundary Bay Airport (CZBB), BC when the aircraft was observed to bounce on touch down, and exited the runway to the right where it came to a stop with
the nose pointing down into sloping ground and thick grass. Company operations reported that the parking brakes had been applied in-flight. The student exited the aircraft and was assessed by Delta Fire and Ambulance personnel. The aircraft suffered minor damage to the left wing, nose wheel, and substantial damage to the propeller. The ELT was triggered and ATC notified JRCC that activation was due to crash on field; operations were moved to Runway 07.
