Jetlines Signed Off By Transport

Canada Jetlines says it will soon announce its inaugural flight and initial flight schedule now that it has received its air operating certificate from Transport Canada. The paperwork came through on Thursday and gives the latest budget carrier the green light to start operating revenue flights. “The entire team at Canada Jetlines is thrilled to obtain our AOC after meeting all necessary operation standards and passing all inspections,” shared Eddy Doyle, CEO of Canada Jetlines. “We thank Transport Canada and greatly appreciate the tireless effort and diligence they undertake to approve new airlines.”
It was hoping for the approval last week with flights to Moncton, NB and Winnipeg to start on Aug. 15 but new dates will be announced soon. “We excitedly look forward to our launch date, meeting the increased demand for convenient, leisure travel in Canada and beyond and to provide more options to explore the world,” Doyle said.
